Steven Crain Tells His Story On The Steve Wilkos Show

Read and watch how the Clark County, Nevada district attorneys are able to obtain wrongful convictions against innocent, falsely accused men. Public Defender Amundson never disclosed to Steven Crain, in the year 2000, that while Mr. Amundson was representing Steven Crain, Mr. Amundson was representing Regina Hyman on separate unrelated multiple felony drug charges (See LVMPD Custody Record Event #000-323-2385 Dated March 22, 2000, Time 9:30 A. M., NRS 453.337). Mr. Amundson secretly made a deal with Clark County, Nevada Deputy District Attorney Mary Kay Holthus, that if false sex crime accuser Regina Hyman intentionally provides perjured testimony/affidavits against falsely accused innocent Steven Crain, in return the Clark County district attorney would agree to not prosecute Regina Hyman on all of her drug charges (which there was a massive amount of evidence) and drop all of those charges against Regina Hyman. Regina Hyman’s drug charges case was Las Vegas, Nevada Justice Case No. PC00F04961X. Soon after Regina Hyman intentionally provided all of the perjured testimony/affidavits, the drug charges against Regina Hyman were dropped/dismissed. Had Steven Crain known about this secret deal, Steven Crain would have asked the court to appoint a new attorney for him and would have never taken the plea deal that Robert Amundson coaxed, coerced, and lied to him into taking. Steven Crain’s case is Clark County, Nevada District Court Case No. 00C166673. Deputy D. A. Mary Kay Holthus was the one prosecuting innocent, falsely accused Steven Crain. Regina Hyman’s other motive to intentionally file a false sex crime charge against Steven Crain is because Steven Crain refused to babysit for Regina Hyman’s young kids for free anymore. It needs to be noted that in the State of Nevada, intentionally filing a false crime report is a crime under NRS 207.280. Was Regina or LaGina Hyman criminally charged? No. Instead, Clark County, NV Deputy D. A. granted both Regina and LaGina Hyman immunity per the above mentioned secret deal. Nearly 2 decades later, Steven Crain discovered that the Clark County district attorney’s office secretly paid bills on behalf of Regina Hyman in the amount of $1,882.78, as a way to sweeten the secret deal they had with Regina and LaGina Hyman. It needs to also be known that LVMPD Detectives Kevin Morgenstern and his partner Jon Scott as well as then Clark County, Nevada Deputy District Attorney Mary Kay Sinicki Holthus coach both false sex crime accusers Regina Hyman and her equally diabolical young daughter LaGina Mariyah Tabiyah Hyman as to what to say/write in their perjured affidavits/testimony in order for Deputy D. A. Holthus to obtain a false arrest warrant against innocent, falsely accused Steven Crain. On April 11, 2023, at 9:49 A. M. false sex crime accuser LaGina Hyman (the daughter of Regina Hyman) posted on Twitter that it was really members of her (LaGina) own family that sexually abused her since LaGina was 5 years old. Rather than blame her own family, LaGina Hyman blamed Steven Crain because while LaGina Hyman was playing with Steven Crain’s then 5 year old daughter Amanda, Steven told both LaGina and Amanda don’t touch my hammer, wrenches, etc. that were in his garage. It also has to be mentioned that on July 14, 2023 at 12:05 A. M. and at 12:07 A. M vindictive false sex crime accuser LaGina Mariyah Tabiyah Hyman recanted, by posting on Twitter that Steven Crain is innocent. And then LaGina Hyman went on Twitter to name names of other people who she claims committed sexual crimes against her. Had Steven Crain know about all of this secrecy back in April of 2000, he never would have taken the involuntary and coerced Alford Plea, and would have gone to a jury trial, and the jury would have found him innocent. Instead, because of the secret deal, the past 26+ years of innocent, falsely accused, maliciously prosecuted, wrongfully convicted (involuntary & coerced Alford Plea), and falsely imprisoned for 6 years (2000 – 2006), Steven Crain continues to be severely ruined. Lastly, it needs to be noted that Douglas E. Smith is the intentionally unethically acting, corrupt Clark County, NV District Court Judge that presided over my innocent, falsely accused best friend Steven Crain's case in the year 2000. After 19 years of Judge Douglas E.
